Some GSFA programs are managed by National Homebuyers Fund, Inc. (NHF). In those cases, your personal information may be shared with NHF for the sole purpose of conducting a transaction requested as directed by you, such as a request for more information about the particular GSFA programs, or a referral to a participating lender.

GSFA will not share your information with any other affiliates, alliances or partners, without your prior consent. Nor will GSFA provide your information for joint marketing agreements or with other companies, without your prior consent.

Q-4:   Does GSFA share your information with any other third parties?

The cornerstone of our Privacy Statement is the commitment to keep our customers’ personal information confidential. GSFA does not sell, license, lease, or otherwise disclose your personal information to any third party for any reason, except as noted earlier and as described in the next paragraph.

GSFA reserves the right to disclose your personal information to third parties where required by law to regulatory, law enforcement, or other government authorities.
