GSFA Participating Contractors
Our Participating Contractors are trained in energy efficiency home performance analysis and installation practices.
When you are ready, one of our contractors will thoroughly evaluate your home, let you know which measures will make the biggest impact to lower your energy use and help you complete the GSFA loan application for your proposed project.
Additional Utility Rebates
Additional rebates up to $6,500 may also be available through your local utility providers as part of Energy Upgrade California® Home Upgrade, depending on the work completed.

Energy Upgrade California™ Home Upgrade provides assistance and incentives for home improvement projects that can reduce energy use and make homes more comfortable. This statewide program is managed locally by utilities and regional energy networks and directed by the California Public Utilities Commission in collaboration with the California Energy Commission. Funding comes from utility customers under the auspices of the California Public Utilities Commission. Incentives are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and are effective until funding is expended or the program is discontinued.
